Oil price "LS"

Recently, oil faces downward pressure and it plummeted on Monday, hitting 6 yr low!
Even with the recordssSs of new lows, Saudi Arabia & co. signal that they will NOT CUT OUTPUT. 
So can we expect another wave of new-lows? How low can it get?
